The Association of Prosecuting Attorneys is proud to announce the publication of the “Prosecutor Workplace and Compensation Study” with research partner Dr. Adam Biener at Lafayette College. This report illustrates exactly how prosecutors’ offices around the country are facing stagnant compensation, staffing shortages, resource deficit, and case overload, particularly in light of the pandemic. Thirty-one prosecutors’ offices responded to this survey.
