The Lucas County Prosecutor, Toledo, is seeking an experienced attorney to fill a full-time position of Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the criminal felony division for the Court of Common Pleas. Under administrative direction of the Prosecutor, this individual will perform legal research; draft, review and file pleadings; attend court hearing; manage a courtroom docket; and prosecute cases through the trial and appellate phases on behalf of the State of Ohio.
